3. Third-Party Content and Sources
The Feed SA aggregates content from third-party news sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or opinions expressed in original articles. Links to external sites are provided as a convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, The Feed SA, its operators, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on AI-generated summaries, errors in aggregated content, or service interruptions.
This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based in contract, delict, statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site by automated means without our written consent

7. Social Media and External Platforms
The Feed SA publishes content to social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram. Content posted to those platforms is also subject to the respective platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of any third-party platform.

The Site does not currently require user registration or collect personal information beyond standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. If this changes, this section will be updated accordingly.
