Construction begins on new R1 billion precinct in Pretoria with its own shopping centre, school and housing

• Construction on the R1 billion Rosslyn Hub precinct in Pretoria has begun.
• The project is a joint initiative between the City of Tshwane and the Gauteng Provincial Government, with a potential to create 60,000 jobs over the next 15 years.
• The development is part of the Tshwane Automotive City (TAC) plan, which aims to draw R500 billion in investment over 50 years and establish Africa's first and largest dedicated automotive manufacturing hub.
