- Msiza started her professional career as an articled clerk at Deloitte, earning less than R2,000 a month, and has since risen through the ranks to become CEO of Raubex.
- The company's strong growth was attributed to improvements in its Materials Handling and Mining Division, including a turnaround from operating loss to operating profit of R444.9 million in 2026.
