Private education giant building three new ‘university’ campuses in South Africa is raking in the cash
- Advtech, Africa's largest private education provider, expects to report significantly higher earnings for the first half of its 2026 financial year, with a 13-18% increase in earnings compared to the same period in 2025.
- The company is investing heavily in expanding its physical footprint in South Africa, with three new mega campuses under construction in Sandton, Nelson Mandela Bay, and Durban, which will increase its capacity to accommodate up to 26,500 students.
- The earnings surge and expansion plans are expected to be detailed further in Advtech's results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, which will be released on Monday, 24 August 2026.
