New Cape Town luxury development achieves R1.25 billion in sales in one week

• The Madison luxury development in Cape Town achieved R1.25 billion in sales within one week of its launch.
• The development, a 23-storey residential building, secured 272 out of 378 units, with 96 apartments sold ahead of the public launch and a further 176 reserved in less than an hour.
• The success of the launch has raised R528,000 for Cape Town charities, with the beneficiaries to be announced in the coming weeks, and has set a new record for the highest launch sales value in South Africa.
