End of a 15-year era for Pick n Pay

• Lerena Oliver has retired as chief financial officer of Pick n Pay after 15 years with the company.
• Oliver took up the role of CFO in September 2019 and led the finance function during a turbulent time, including a significant transitional period where the Ackerman family bowed out of its controlling role.
• Tina Rookledge, a qualified Chartered Accountant, has succeeded Oliver as CFO and will support the continued execution of the group's strategic priorities and the ongoing turnaround and long-term growth of the business.
