New international flight launching for one of South Africa’s busiest routes
- Airlink will introduce three new weekly flights from Johannesburg Lanseria to Harare, with service expected to start on 15 November 2026.
- The new flights will provide an alternative connection for people traveling from Lanseria International Airport, targeting communities and businesses on the western side of Gauteng and the North-West Province.
- The new route is expected to meet high demand, with Johannesburg-Harare being one of the busiest routes in Southern Africa, averaging around 60,000 seats a month in 2025.
