Major turn for South Africa’s largest shopping mall
- Fourways Mall in South Africa has reduced its vacancies, improving its overall performance.
- The mall's vacancy rate improved by four percentage points to 9.7% and average trading density increased by 8.4% to R2,621/m2 a month.
- The improvement is attributed to the independent management of Flanagan & Gerard and the Moolman Group, and the mall is expected to launch a new luxury precinct, Fourways View, in October 2026.
