- Former JSE CEO Leila Fourie brings extensive experience in payments, investment banking, and capital markets to the Vodacom board.
- Fourie will serve as an alternate director to chairman Saki Macozoma until his retirement on July 21, 2027, and will be appointed as a full member after that.
