• The outage affected customers of multiple fibre network operators, including Afrihost, Axxess, Telkom, Vodacom, Vumatel, Openserve, Frogfoot, and Metrofibre.
• Afrihost engineers are investigating the cause of the outage, with Teraco electricians already on site to repair the power issue.
