South African property giant rakes in R500 million investing in only one province

• The REIT's profit for the six months increased from R260 million in 2025 to R456 million, a roughly 75.6% rise.
• Spear's revenue for the period increased from R373 million in 2025 to R509 million, a 37.6% increase.
• The REIT's acquisition of three new properties at the end of its last full financial year directly contributed to the increase in revenue and profits.
