• Construction has begun on the redevelopment of Faerie Glen Shopping Centre, which will be renamed The New Quarter when it opens in November 2027.
• The redevelopment will expand the centre by approximately 8,000 m², adding new retail stores, restaurants, and outdoor dining facilities.
• The project is part of Moolman Group's growing property development pipeline, with several new shopping centres and upgrades to existing retail destinations currently under construction or planned.
