Bitcoin stolen from Ledger hardware wallets

A massive cryptocurrency heist is believed to have occurred, with an estimated $86 million in Bitcoin potentially stolen from hundreds of Ledger hardware wallets. The affected wallets, which were purchased from a Malaysian reseller named CryptoBilis, have raised concerns about the security of Ledger devices in South East Asia. As a precautionary measure, Ledger has requested CryptoBilis to pause all sales and shipments of Ledger devices pending the outcome of its investigation.
