OUTsurance founders and executives sell R10.16 billion worth of shares back to the company
In a move to consolidate ownership, the founders and executives of OUTsurance have agreed to sell R10.16 billion worth of shares back to the company itself, acquiring the remaining 7.17% stake through a share-for-share transaction. This deal simplifies the company's corporate structure, eliminating minority-shareholder overhead and aligning management's interests with those of OGL shareholders. The transaction must now be approved by independent OGL shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on November 24, 2026.
