DStv’s package and channel overhaul was just the beginning

Dstv's package and channel overhaul, which kicked off on September 17, 2026, marked a significant shift in the streaming service's offerings. As part of this restructuring, subscribers to the new DStv Select package will now receive a week of free access to the new DStv Sports package, starting on September 29, 2026. This test period aims to gauge customer response to the revamped offerings, which also introduced new packages dedicated to sports and entertainment and grandfathered DStv Compact Plus.
