Pick n Pay getting a new CEO

• Spencer Sonn is set to take over as CEO designate from Sean Summers in May 2028
• Sonn has spent the majority of his career at Woolworths, which he joined in 2002 as a Category Manager, and has strong credentials in fresh food and grocery
• Sonn is looking forward to working closely with Summers starting from February 2027 and continuing the turnaround at Pick n Pay
